I want to loose my weight. My daily schedule of class n coaching. Make me tired aftr that am doing anything for this. If I told about my diet. So according to me. Its normal. I wake up @ 6: 30.then get fresh .n take breakfast (a cup of tea or bread slice). 7.30 leave home for class. Then. In mid day I got 2 hours for lunch { as wat my mother make some tym .chapati (2).paratha (2) .rice (half plate) }. Then agn coaching. 3 to 7.then back to home. After. Dinner (agn same as lunch). 10 pm to 1 am self study. Last 3 year my schedule was same. N my weight is day by day increasing. Wat I hv to do.
