I have on and off stomach pain around navel area. Is it due to acidity? Had gas and acidity attack with headache yesterday took ocid 20. Also there is mild dis comfort in mid right side back and when peeing too medicine for uti. What should I do.

Apart from hyperacidity the pain could also be due to Amoebic infection. So along with the antacid tablets take anti amoebicidal under medical guidance for 5 - 10 days depending up on the severity. As you have uti als you require urinarty antiseptics with medical consultaion. Take plenty of water for relief of both acidity and uti. Maintain proper personal hygiene of the genitals after urination and after passing of motion. Avoid outside food. For somereason if you had to take outside take very hot stuff like hot rice, hot idli, hot dosa etc. Do not take junk food. Come back for further guidance. Good luck.
