Hi Mr. lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Well, triple negative breast cancers are usually aggressive and tend to grow faster than most other breast cancers. As I understand, the risk of recurrence is higher during the first 3 years post completion of the initial treatment, with tumor size being one of the possible determinants. Simultaneously, however, one must keep up an active lifestyle, go for a low fat, healthy and balanced diet (preferably Mediterranean) and stay positive/ relaxed. Hope this helps.
