My daughter, 6 years old always develop red rashes after bath. Have tried changing shampoo / soap but no use. Pics attached. It's a itchy rash and gradually disappears over time. Kindly suggest the reason behind such rash and its treatment.

Perhaps she is allergen to the chemicals in water - Arsenic/Ferrous, etc You better food and drugs sensitivity test to understand what is causing her allergy and that needs to be avoided. For now give her Antim crud 30 - once daily for next 2 weeks and give me a feedback.

use clean water for bath. do not use soap. you can try non soap liquid cleanser for taking bath. hope it helps.
