You can consult General physician for physical examination. At the age of 60 our body demands some change in food habit and lifestyle. Its very necessary to follow healthy routine and you should take balance diet so that body requirement should be fulfilled .as your weight is perfect so you need to carry the same .i am giving you few suggestions, please follow it you will see the difference ,eat at regular interval, go for walk morning and evening, do yoga, don't eat very high protein rich diet in large amount although you can take little bit ,it is because at 50 -60 age higher protein content increases the uric acid level and it causes pain in joints, now a days knee pain is more common ,prefer to include more fruits and vegetables ,i am not giving the list of what to eat and what not because patients generally feel burden .so in general increase in your diet seasonal green fruits, vegetables,salad ,mixed flour of maize, bajra,chana, eat fruits instead of juice as many studies have proven that our body absorbs minerals and vitamins more when we eat fruits. Avoid fat or ghee containing substance and use different types of refined oil such as for some times sunflower oil, for some time mustard oil, avoid taking dalda and ghee as per as WHO direction it increases cholesterol level.
