Whatever I eat comes up to my mouth. Lightest of the food also comes up. Mid of my chest always feel heavy. Even when sometimes I breath I feel the heaviness. I am little worried. Please help whether it is indigestion? Or acidity? Or something like stones forming etc.

This condition is known as GERD - gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. In this condition there is distension of your stomach-which leads to regurgitation of food inside the food pipe that is the oesophagus. You have to take care of this condition very properly otherwise in later stages it can lead to serious problems in your food pipe. Besides medicines The important things to take care are - not overfilling your stomach with too much food, not taking too much water with your food, not lying down immediately after taking food.
