I had bleeding in my penis just after having sex last night. And it was a bit concentrated, it eventually stop after sometime by itself but when it was happening it was like blood coming from nose (the quantity) . What should I do I am just 23 is it common & it just happen for the first time?

Hello- You are suffering from Haematorrhoea. Excessive sex in hot and humid condition result in the injury to the seminal pathway.
