I am male, Age: 33. I am getting pain due to swelling at knee joints (foot area). On April 2016, My URIC ACID Level is 10.36, I took foot X-Ray and consulted the doctor, He examined and gave medicines for 10 days. Then it is cured but again it is repeating. Then I used Ayurvedic medicines as per ayurvedic doctor suggestions which is gout relevant medicines for 5 months continuously. Still I am facing this problem sometimes when I wake-up at morning. Recently I checked my URIC ACID Level and it is still 9.6. Please suggest good medicines to cure this problem permanently.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Your uric acid levels are very high. You need uric acid lowering medicines. Unfortunately there is no permanent cure. Diet restriction is also very important. Avoid non-veg food and soyabean. Cut down on pulses. I can prescribe you medicines if you want.
