Hi this is Sunitha, age 33. I have constipation, have not passed motion for 2 days. Finding very difficult. The last time I had this problem then I had been to Doctor and the nurse inserted a capsule through my Anus post which I was able to pass motion freely. Could you please guide with the name of that medicine.

sunitha ji ,there are so many preparations like bisacodyl l ,glycerine , but i do not recomend you all this ,these are habit making ,,,i advice you too find out the cause of constipation ,,, add more fibrous diet like fruit ,salad to yopur diet ,take daily two glasses of water in morning empty stomach ,,walk esp at night after dinner ,, hot milk after dinner at least one hr after dinner,, inform/ consult me if there is further any problem
