Hello, You can use protein supplement for weight gain. But make sure the source of protein is good. A serving of protein should serve you between 8-16gms of protein but not more than that. Prolonged usage if high protein supplements damage your kidneys. Instead try adding quality protein that comes from egg, lean meat, pulses, legumes, soya, quinoa and nuts to your diet.
