Hello . I joined gym 1 month ago and I do not hav enough stamina to do workouts I get tired very soon please help me wht can I do for getting more stamina & energy for doing workouts.

Hi Lybrate User, 1. Drink nimbu paani before going to gym 2. Also have a banana before workouts. 3. Don't compare your self to others. 4. Keep changing the types of exercise your are doing. Don't spend time at one station continuously. Aim to exercise different parts of the body. 5. One day cardio focus.. one day abs focus.. one day shoulders.. keep rotating.
