I have back pain while riding bike. I am riding 40 KM per day I want some physical exercise to reduce my pain.

u have to need spinal extension exercises. 1 u lying Supine then u bend ur both knee now u lift ur hip hold 5 second, do15 times. 2 now u prone in lying then place ur hand under the shoulder mount u lift ur shoulder hold for 20 second then relax. do 12 times . Take LS Belt while driving that can prevent spine from jerk.
