I'm 25 years old , non smoker ,slim fit, don't evn consume alcohol , I HV severe issuEs of premature ejaculation and erection, I take a healthy diet too and evn had tried consuming shilajit gold etc. Bt no use, there is nt mch of stress in my life as well , m nt able to hold my self fr more than a minute and ejaculation happens, my marriage is in 3months and I don't know Wht to do as I do not want my married life to suffer frm this issue of mine, please HELP.
