Relaxation therapy, yoga, meditation will helpful to come out of the stress. Relax middle of the work. Develop friendly relation with others. Do not be alone. Do not feel too much about small things. Change food style, walk some of the time. Spend with friends most of the time. Share your internal feelings and thoughts with your friends and family members. Develop very good friendly circle.
