Thank you for the query. Since you are having prostatomegaly (increase in size of prostate gland), this may lead to bladder outlet obstruction, which leads to urinary tract infection. Hematuria (blood in urine), may occur as a consequence of both uti and prostatomegaly. Firstly, your uti needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics. Secondly, a serum psa assessment may be done (though it may falsely elevated in uti). Please contact a urosurgeon. Some medications are available for prostatomegaly, but the treatment of choice is surgery (turp and holep). You can get serum urea and creatinine also done. Regards.

You are suffering from bph with uti. You should get your usg and urine c & s test done. Bph needs surgery called tur and for uti a course of antibiotics to be taken under medical supervision. Meanwhile you should start urikind-km 2 tsf in cupful of water tds for some relief.

For diagnosis: psa u/s for prostate, urinary bladder, ureter and kidney urine routine and microscopic urine culture and sensitivity and you may need cystoscopy.
