Sir, I'm 19 actually I will stay in bangalore I came to my hometown in AP I am loosing my hair very quickly I used many shampoo and ayurvedic shampoos also but none has shown the result. What I noticed is when I came to my hometown the hairfall decreased when I was staying in bangalore the hair loss is more. Is this all because of climatic change or water. I'm really concerned about this I'm just 19 I don't want to loose my hair anymore. Please help me out.

Yes it can be due to climate changes please take fluoric acid 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Continue treatment.
