Doctor meri friend apne husband se bahut pyar krti hai bahut care v krti hai agar uske husband gussa ho jaye baat na kare to wo khana nhi khati raat var nhi soti. Uska yeh behavour se uske husband ko lagta hai riya pagal hai. husband use mental bolte hai. Kya wo sach me pagal hai mental hai. She need treatment? please suggest

No I don't think so. Loving someone so much is not an illness. If her husband doesn't like this behaviour of hers and she loves him so much then she should try to modify her nature accordingly. They should try to understand basic difference of nature among individuals and be tolerant towards each other.
