Hello. If he chest pain is associated with radiation to back, jaw, throat, right hand, center of chest and palpitations, which is more on exertion or emotional stress. Then it is cardiac related. You have to do ecg first and based on the findings then 2decho or stress test. There should b some positive history for ihd. Also there are other reasons for chest pain.
