Hi sir/madam, I live in hostel in pune and nowadays I am getting fat. As I live in hostel I have to eat food what I get here and that food is spicy and even more oily than I would eat at home. Sir/Madam I need help here to reduce my weight or my tummy fat by any other way such as exercise but here I am confused what should I do? Because my whole day goes in college extra classes and studies. So sir/madam I want to know what type of food I should eat by which I can control my fats or what exercise I should do as I can get time for that in morning?

Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. As you said that you are eating food that your hostel provides so in that case make sure that you are eating small portions of your food, large portions may obviously increase your weight secondly every alternative days make a habit that you will eat fruit and salad in the entire day it is called as alternative fruit fasting, in morning involve yourself in some exercises such as walking, slow jogging yoga badminton etc, you and other students can request your hostel administration about the quality of food and the spice and extra oil which they are using and creating your health issues, as I have also studied in hostels for 8 years we also used to have such problems so we use to depend more on fruit and salad and when we came home we took large amount of homemade snacks so that whenever we feel hungry we can eat it. In hostel usually refined oil is used which is very harmful for your health so you should directly talk to your hostel warden or supritendent to fix this issue.
