Maine Nero DOCTOR SE treatment liya to usne ENT DOCTOR SE treatment lene ke liye bola to mene ENT DOCTOR SE dikhaya to USNe SINUS KA problems bataya. Aur iska treatment kiya ,lekin thik nahi ho paya. Please mujhe isse bachne ka tarika batao ,aur is dauran kya nahi khana chahiye. Aur kis doctors SE treatment lu .please sir HELP me.

If no nasal symtoms then more lily migrain and neuologist shoild be consulted. Avoid stress. constipation, irritation, sun exposure. Have good sleep.
