If you are having gases problem in morning (in empty stomach) at the time when you woke from sleep then best remedy is to dring 2-3 glasses of water wait for 3-4 minutes and then vomit out (expell water from mouth by sqeezing your stomach). This will drain out extra acid (digestive juices) formed in oesophagus & clean it. You will feel light n non-acidic the whole day. Also avoid oily, spicy and fleshy food meat etc for continued cure from this problem.
