Drinking hot water really helps to lose weight? because from last weak I am drinking 3 to 4 glasses of hot water per day and see some weight lose in my thighs and stomach. Does it really help?

Definitely it helps. But there are some rules for drinking water in ayurveda. 1. Drink water before food - if want to lose weight 2. Drink water after food - if want to gain weight 3. Drink warm water sip by sip for losing weight. 4. Drink cold water for gaining weight. 5. Never drink water just before food, in between food and just after taking food. Give atleast a gap of 30 minutes. (this rules applied with rule no. 1 and 2) drink at least 10-15 glasses (3-5 litres) of lukewarm water if want to loose more weight. And if possible don't take starchy food in your diet. You can take pure ghee in your diet, that does'nt increases weight. Avoid butter, fried ghee, vegetable oil, dalda etc. And last thing if possible, take 1. Raw lasuna (garlic) in morning empty stomach 2. Arogyavardhini vati 1 tab two times for better results.
