Hello, Fitness is about a healthy mind and body. Its a holistic approach involving a well balanced diet with regular intervals of eating at 3-4 hours. Exercising for 45-60 minutes atleast 4-5 days/week and taking good rest for 7-8 hours/day. 1.Have small frequent meals with 2 ½ -3 hours gap between each meal 2.Have fresh raw salad & greens before meals 3.Cooking methods like- Roasting, Boiling & Baking should be initiated rather than deep or shallow frying 4.Chew every morsel of food thoroughly & avoid eating in anxiety 5.Prefer consuming food in Small plates & portions.
