As per your height you should be weight 50 Kg. Height cannot be increased beyond 18 yrs in girls. But you can try & gain weight by these healthy methods instead of taking any medication or supplement as these are harmful. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2,. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 3. Include foods high in nutrient & energy density. Ex- paneer, cheese, skim milk powder added to cow/buffalo milk, nuts, oilseeds, milkshake, fresh fruit juice, whole egg, chicken fish, thick creamy soup, premix, malt with milk & sugar. 4.
