Hi dr, my penis got loose after wearing condom and while doing penetration. The erection is also becomes weak and not strong enough to penetrate. It loses erection while penetration. What shall I do. And discharges very quickly or sometimes while inserting it discharge. Timing is very low and penis cannot hold erection.
