I am 23 years old male working in it. I am going to gym for 1 year. Suddenly last week my wrist was paining. After 1 week now I am getting sharp pain while closing my hand or doing activities like pressing ball, closing tap. Something (tendon) is moving visibly and causing the pain. Pain killer is helping but not getting cured. Kept ultrasound for 4 days still having pain. I am resting for week with ice and heat therapy. Still pain is there. The main thing is something is moving in wrist. Is it any major issue (like tentonits or carpel tunnel syndrome). Is it curable without surgery. When can I lift weights.
