Hi I'm a 16.5 year old male teenager at 5' 9" 1/2, (176.53 cm) and my goal is to grow by 2" 1/2 inches to 6' 0" (182.88 cm) for my final adult height at age 20, as I still have 4 more years left of growing, I weight 210 pounds so I'm overweight, but my goal is to go down to 170 pounds, but I have been 5' 9" 1/2 for 2 years since 2014 and I feel I'm not growing at all that this is my final height.

Hi, according to your height your weight is high. I advice you, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
