Hello, sarcopenia is a part of aging. It can be slowed but not stopped. Muscle and weight loss occur in old age. Supplements are always temporary in all conditions they won't help in the long run. A balanced diet with increased kcal and adequate protein can help. Usually, this age group has a good lifestyle but also stress. Stress management will also be a part of treatment. Please connect with me personally, I have 12 years of experience, and I am sure I can help.
