My 2 months old baby is having diarrhea for the past 15 days. Initially the poop was yellowish-then turned to watery greenish yellow- now after giving her antibiotics (tanfix-cefixime oral suspension )with probiotics, again watery yellow. The quantity is decreasing (like few dots) but the frequency isn't. Then tried ofloxacin with probiotics and zincolife. Still she is pooping a lot but the watery consistency reduced to once or twice a day. Otherwise her poop is greenish yellow with some mucus. She is pooping mostly during breastfeeding. Is she allergic to my breast milk or is she gonna be okay? Please help.
