I usually get constipation and for a couple of weeks now I have to strain too much to poop, is it possible that it could have damaged my heart? And could straining for poop actually damage your heart?

Hi, People suffering from constipation usually land up ano-rectal disorders. Chronic constipation definitely affects the heart. Drink 3-4 litres of water and include lots of fiber in your diet. Take tab. Anuloma DS 1 tab at bedtime with hot water. Walk daily for 1 hour.
