I am 25 years Male. my ankle is paining more in morning when I wake up. I have this in my both ankle. What should I do so that I can get relief from this.

Achilles tendonitis or heel pain or plantar fasciitis is a very common condition. During night our feet are in a downward position which causes their stiffness. When we try to straighten them in the morning, they are stretched and hence the pain. You can start by doing feet stretching exercises in the morning before getting down from the bed and do ice packs.
