Hello Dr. my age is 29 years old and wt 58 kg my first baby is 7 years old but my 2 baby because of my studies I had an abortion dnc in December after that from March onwards my tummy and thigh area are slightly increased. But I want to stay slim and fit. Pls suggest and reply what to do. Pls help. Thanks and regards.

hello, unfortunately you are gaining weight at the wrong places..! what you meed to do is eat a good healthy diet with a good regular exercise regime.the exercise could be anything from walking, running, skipping, aerobics, zumba,pilates, or regular gym..!! avoid junk food,fried food, cold drinks..!! as our age increases our bmr decreases so we put on weight easily and it gets diff to shed it off.. so start now..!!

U should follow diet chart. Nd take according diet you will reduce 3 kg per mnth with moderate exercise take plenty of water avoid sugar. Take salty diet follow diet chart.
To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
