I have a penis but not like a Muslim penis. Is there any problem during sex? Because our penis r not open like Muslims. I hope you can understand what I mean.

I believe what you mean by a Muslim Penis is a circumcised one where the foreskin is removed and the shaft is exposed. Muslims tend to remove  the foreskin at a very young age for religious purposes and sometimes it is also medically advised if the patient - whether muslim or not - has a tight foreskin or an infection underneath the foreskin. However , if you have a healthy penis , to have or not have a foreskin does not matter and does not hamper sexual activity.
