Hello doctor. I am 19 year old male guy. I'd like to know that I do take a proper diet but still I am not getting a fit body. I am very thin and even in gym I can not lift the minimum weight. I have started eating sprouts dalliya banana shake. Please give a good suggestion to cure my problem.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.
