Hye. Firstly find out if for some reason you are not eating well, skipping meals or stressed because these are few common reasons for lack of energy. Also get your blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid levels tested and an ent check done. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you do.

It may be due to bad head posture or sleeping while watching tv which may be a resultant initiation of spondiolysis. Improve posture and take cyclamen 200.1-2 drops in 1/4 cup luke warm water everyday in the morning for a week immediately after rising empty stomach and wait for 15 min even for brushing. Revert back for further management.
