Hello Dr. I'm 20 years old my weight is 47 and height is 5'6. My shoulders are very narrow and my whole body looks very flat. Is it possible to tone body with exercise. Also I want to increase my weight. My body looks like I have only bones in my body.

Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.
