In these days of summer I was very much disturbed due to the cold I get there is also some bleeding in my cough and from my nose. During for all 24 hours my nose is block there is no relax in my cold even after 4 days I also take cough ryl syrup cause my thought was also paining but now there is no pain but cold is getting worst than worst. I am very tensed due to bleeding from my nose and in my cough. What should I do?

Hello lybrate-user, bleeding from nose might be due to various reasons. In your case, it might be due to recurrent sneezing episodes which led to bleed from your nasal mucosa would recommend to get yourself checked by an ent specialist. Meanwhile, you can try 1) steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. 2) drink lots of water (around 2-3 litres/day) & keep yourself hydrated. 3) anti-allergic medications are must for you, as the condition may worsen with time. 4) also take proper 8 hr sleep a day. Avoid late night studying/work.
