hello... Pimples cause mainly due to blood impurities and unhealthy food & food habbits r reason for that. Firstly try to avoid fried and salty food items. Have home made fresh food in ur daily routine. Fruits r good to maintain skin healthy so have one fruit daily. Have sufficient quantity of water. For Dark circles follow above regime also take proper sound sleep. tc

You need a which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds.
