Hello, Fat comes from in utilised energy. So make sure you are working out for what you are eating. There are many ways to eat smart. So be smart while selecting foods. 1. Always eat whole grains. 2. Aim to eat atleast 3-4 servings of vegetables where atleast one serving comes from raw vegetables. 3. Eat 2 fruits daily 4. Limit oil usage to 2tbsps per day.
