I have controlled diabetes for the last 4 years and started suffering from ed last 6 months. Megalis 20 was prescribed by my doctor but doesn't work at all. Im 48 years old and 75 kilos height 5'10" inches.i have 2 kids. I am very depressed please help. I don't drink alcohol but because of stress smoke 10 ciggerate a day. I used to have a fantastic sex life but not anymore. I get only a slight erection and it is making me depressed. Please suggest a good treatment.
