Hi, I use helmet daily for 2 hrs and my hair is getting very bad due to this. Lots of hairfall, dandruff,itching I can see a major change in hair density. So worrying is there any tips to control this. I use kerchiefs for helmet but still no use.

Hello yeah hair damages because of prolong use of helmet.. For hairfall you can use minotress solution 5 % on scalp two times per day for 3 months. Trilast hair solution at night time for 3 months. use Triclenz shampoo or hair 4 u for regular use. Include protein rich food, green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet.drink 2-3 lit water,n daily 45 min exercise. thanx
