My body is not developing and feeling tideness 24 hrs and I am light weight also age 35 yrs and for a long past pain in my shoulder, neck continue.

D cold intake on a daily basis is not suggested. Please take only paracetamol regularly or even better, consult a physician. Regarding tiredness, check your sugar levels - fbs ppbs, hba1c and cbc tests are suggested. Get back to us with the results. For shoulder/neck pain the best solution is exercises. Stick to a healthy diet with lots of fruits vegges and healthy nuts like almonds.
