I am 69 years old My stomach is getting bigger as I sit to work on computer for 12-14 hrs and Stomach area rises up as I sit down straight to work I do not pass stool for 2 days. I have normal Lunch.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, sedentary work and habits results into central obesity (rising in abdomen girth), I recommend you to walk around for 5 mins, every 1 hour you work. And do at least of 40 mins brisk walk daily. Cut down you sugars, sweets and cold drinks.
