I follow strict diet, I never eat street foods, spicy food, or any other food which bad for health. I eat clean proteins and clean carbs. Still I do not know why I feel every time air blotting in my stomach some time it get worse while holding it ,because can not leave those air in office. Please suggest some tips to stop blotting the air.
