Hi, I am suffering from acidity, whenever I am eating something after eating I feel the same. Can anyone please help.

If it is for a long period of time then you will require a course of treatment. Some simple tips to avoid acidity: eat small portions, have a cup of warm water 30 mins before having meals. Do not lay down after having food as the contents of the stomach may regurge. Sleep only at least 2 hrs after having your food. Walk for some time after food. Exercise every day. Do some yoga exercises which will help your digestion and also improve overall health. Avoid artificial flavoured food (packeged food / refined food / junk food / very oily and spicy food). Increase fibre in your diet. You should adopt these measures for a life time and not just for curing your acidity.
