Dear lybrateuser, -Natural foods are always better for the body as they are absorbed & digested well by the body -an egg provides proteins as well as many other vitamins & minerals essential for the body, these are not found in the protein powder.

Depends which protein you are referring to. Most of the proteins available in the market are synthetic proteins, which are available to the body only 30 - 40 %. Moreover the protein content is very less per serving so it does not make any difference. Although, concentrated protein would be considered a good alternative. Nutritionist sushmaa jaiswal.
