1. Fruit juice contains only extracted fruit fluids which are nutritious but definitely no substitute for food that we eat. 2. No coffee does not cause cancer 3. Only egg yolk contains cholesterol. Egg white is only protein.

Eating whole some fruit is always better than drinking juices. Juice contains lots of added sugar. Artificial flavors. Fruit also provides you sufficient amount of fibrinogen needed for your body. Coffee as such is not bad in right amounts. No. You can eat eggs in proper amount. Remember always that excessive of everything is bad.
