Hi. This anjna from india. I just wanted to know how I can increase my energy. While workout in gym. I do not want to use any supplements. So can you please tell me the natural of getting energy?

Pre gym (30-45 mins before)- have a whole fruit (guava/papaya/watermelon) & a glass of buttermilk. Post gym- coconut water w/o cream. Drink 3 litres water daily. Keep taking sips of water throughout gymming. Have small frequent meals throughout day instead of 3-4 large meals. Include good quality protein in your diet-low fat milk, curd, lassi, channa, whole egg, fish, chicken, soybean, tofu, sprouts, almonds, walnuts, oilseeds, cereal pulse combinations (khichdi, atta-besan chila/ roti).
