Hi , I am 29 years old I have 2kids both are c sec , my 2nd baby s 7 months old I have gained weight now I am 87 kg , I want to reduce weight as well as lactate my baby.

Do some yoga exercises to loose weight. Avoid eating carbs, take protein. Take early dinner. Eat, but eat right as you have to feed the baby, you should never starve yourself. Take sugar free tea or coffee. Do not go for aggressive workout, you can do surya namaskar, kapal bhati to reduce the weight from tummy. Follow a strict routine, make your own diet chart, including quint essential foods and removing all the unwanted calories and try to replace them with fruits or vegetables.
