I had 2 cesarean s and my second one born last month. When can I start yoga , normally cesarean stitches heal on what time. And I can sense intestine, mark on my belly and I can hold it too ! Is it cause any problem .

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Usually it takes 8 weeks at the most to start any exercise routine after a c-section and after your doctor gives a clear chit.
